Does an end of year deadline message actually get dental patients to commit?

It does, and I have watched it work on patients who sat on the fence for years. One case was a retired realtor four hours away who had been getting information from the practice for several years after his first contact. Nothing moved until he responded to an end of year message, the one saying the clock is ticking and fees are going up. Suddenly it was the right time to investigate options, and he went on to accept a cosmetic denture with implants and lower fixed work around thirty thousand dollars. Part of it was that he had finally retired and had time. But the deadline gave him permission to act now instead of someday. Human nature responds to a closing window. Use an honest year-end message, not a fake fire sale, and you will pull forward decisions that would otherwise drift forever.
