How important is the first phone call when a new implant patient finally calls?
It is the whole ballgame. By the time someone dials your number, they have already stalled for weeks, maybe years, because they dreaded the call going badly. So when they finally pick up the phone, they are what I call hyper responsive. Your marketing wore them down until they said uncle, I cannot do this anymore, I have to get this fixed. You have about three to four minutes to convince them they are home, that they do not need to call the next three practices on their list. Treat that call like the appointment is already happening, because emotionally it is. Most practices fumble it because they answer like it is just another interruption. Pick up like you have been waiting all day for exactly this person to call.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
