How can just four coaching sessions a year really change my practice?

It isn’t four days in isolation, that misses the point entirely. It’s four times a year you stop and take a hard, honest look at what’s actually working in your practice and what isn’t, then run a proven plan against it. The changes you make in those sessions ripple through every other system the rest of the year. Here’s the line I keep coming back to: work on your business, not in your business. So many dentists are so busy earning a living that they never take time to make real money. One of my mentors put it best, getting results doesn’t take time, it’s the not getting results that takes all the time. When you’re buried in busywork that doesn’t move the needle, that’s what eats your year. Four focused sessions don’t take time, they make time.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
