What information can I learn by watching how a patient behaves at a free visit?
A lot, and it costs you nothing extra. Since people are far more likely to actually show up when you devote a valuable chunk of free time to them, you get to observe. Did they arrive on time? Did they bring their materials? Are those materials filled out? What is their demeanor, their attitude in the room? All of that tells you whether this is a serious, cooperative patient or someone who will fight you at every step. It is a built in screening tool working in your favor. A patient who shows up prepared and on time is signaling they are ready to move forward. One who arrives empty handed and indifferent is telling you something too. So treat the free visit as a two way audition. While you are earning their trust, you are also learning exactly who you are dealing with.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
