How does sharing case numbers with staff change what a practice can produce?

It rewires what the team believes is possible, and belief sets the ceiling. A practice doing two million a year struggles to even picture four million. The four million practice can’t envision six. Yet all of those numbers are real and reachable. Most of the gap is mindset, not skill or luck. So I get doctors into the habit of openly sharing case specifics and sizes with their staff, because when the team sees a large case land, the whole mental model of what’s normal shifts upward. Suddenly bigger cases feel ordinary instead of impossible. This matters even in group practices, where one person’s win changes everyone’s sense of the achievable. So stop hiding your numbers. Put real case sizes in front of your team and watch their imagination, and your production, climb to meet them.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
