Why do unanswered questions kill dental treatment plans?
Because every blank you leave gets filled in by someone else, and they almost never fill it in the way you would like. I have a saying: small empty blanks equal major misunderstandings, disappointments, and bad decisions. Those blanks are how you drive the bus off the cliff. The dangerous ones are predictable. What the free and paid visits actually buy. What the treatment can do, cannot do, and is unlikely to do. Refunds and warranties. What happens after treatment, short and long term. Whether the financial other will be there. Leave any of those open and the patient’s imagination, or a competitor, or a skeptical relative supplies the answer. So put up guard rails. Close the blanks yourself, on purpose, before anyone else closes them for you.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
