Are wealthy patients always the best targets for high-end dentistry?
No, and money in the bank tells you almost nothing about whether someone will buy. I once sent a digital smile preview to a man near my old practice in the Pacific Northwest who hated being photographed because of his teeth. His name was Paul Allen, a Microsoft founder, top ten on the Forbes list for years. More money than he could spend. Never heard a word back. He had every dollar and zero motivation, so nothing happened. That is the lesson. Wealth is not the trigger. Motivation is. Chasing the richest people in town feels smart, but they often present the hardest communication challenges and the least urgency. Aim at the broad middle of your community where need and readiness actually meet, and stop assuming a fat bank account means an easy yes.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
