Do I need to be a good networker to succeed with big dental cases?
No, and the relief on people’s faces when I say that is something to see. You do not need to be a natural networker to grow a big-case practice. The skill that actually matters is showing up, working a proven plan, and being willing to participate. Networking is a personality trait that gets oversold. Consistency is a habit that gets undersold. I know plenty of charming networkers who cannot close a full-arch case to save their lives, and plenty of quiet doctors who do it beautifully because they follow a process every time. So if you have been telling yourself you cannot succeed because you are not a smooth room-worker, let that excuse go. Pick the system, run it consistently, and the results come whether or not you ever enjoy small talk.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
