I tell dentists the road to someday leads straight to the town of nowhere. Most people who finally commit to fixing their marketing and case acceptance show up overwhelmed, off track, and behind, and they still get results because the commitment came first and the order followed. Stop treating readiness like a prerequisite you have to earn. Decide you’re unhappy with how cases close today, say yes, and let the structure pull you forward instead of waiting on it.
