Why does reading more dental business books never seem to change my results?
Because reading and learning, by themselves, are just a nice way to spend time. You can finish every book in the world on growing a practice and still change nothing, because data isn’t the missing piece. Most dentists I meet aren’t short on information, they’re drowning in it. What they lack is a plan and a path that fits them, so the information turns into action. I’d rather take everything you already have, pull the wisdom out of it, and convert it into results. One elegant idea you actually execute beats a thousand semi-good ideas sitting in a stack. So stop measuring yourself by how much you’ve consumed. Measure yourself by what you’ve implemented. If a book hasn’t changed a single habit or system in your office, it hasn’t done its job, and neither have you with it.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
