Why do some dental patients come back years later to accept treatment?

Because you left something tangible in their hands. Plenty of patients decide treatment is not right for them at this moment, and that is fine. The question is whether they remember you when the moment finally comes. If all you gave them was a verbal pitch and a quote, you are forgotten in a month. If you gave them a written case report that documented their problem, their options, and your relationship, that document sits in a drawer doing quiet work for years. I had a patient leave at around eleven or twelve thousand dollars of proposed treatment, and almost two years later she came back and accepted at a higher fee. The report had already solidified the relationship. Treat the report as a long-term marketing asset, not a one-time handout.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
