How do I build a library of case report templates over time?

Let your own cases build it for you. You can start with a handful of example templates, but the real library grows from the work you are already doing. Every time your team produces a report for a real case, save it in one central place on a single computer and label it carefully by the procedures presented and the patient’s condition. Six to twelve months in, you will have a deep stack of your own templates. Then a new case walks in, someone searches that folder for a similar condition and a similar treatment, pulls the closest match, and starts from there instead of a blank page. The discipline is the labeling. Sloppy filenames and scattered files give you nothing. Treat the folder like a recipe box you keep adding cards to.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
