Should I put fees and treatment codes in the treatment options section?

No fees, no codes, anywhere in the recommendations or options. When I present what I see and what will help the patient most, I pull it straight from a diagnostic and treatment planning template, and I lay the options out from the best one down to an acceptable one, all in language the patient can follow. What does not appear is a single dollar amount or procedure code mixed into that discussion. The moment money lands next to the clinical recommendation, the patient stops hearing what you can do for them and starts doing math. Keep the recommendation about health and outcome. Handle cost as its own deliberate conversation later. The report presents the path first and the price second, never tangled together. That separation alone protects more big cases than most dentists realize.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
