How do I use patient testimonials to help close a large dental case?

Match the prospect with a real patient who has lived their story. When someone is wobbling on a big implant case, the most powerful thing you can offer is a five minute call with a person who sat in the same chair, felt the same fear, and came out the other side happy. I arrange this living testimonial as part of the follow-up when a patient needs it. The trick is setting the expectation up front. When your niche patients finish treatment, tell them plainly they may be called on occasionally to chat with someone considering the same decision. They almost always say yes, because they are proud of what they did. So build that bench now. A future buyer hearing it from a peer beats anything you can say yourself.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
