What are the four reasons qualified patients say no to treatment?

From post-presentation surveys of patients who could afford care but walked, four reasons come up again and again. Trust, fear, confusion, and fee. Notice fee is last, and notice these were people with the money. The good news is you have enormous control over the first three. Trust gets built by how you, your staff, and your office look and behave, and by getting the right people in the room for the presentation. Fear gets handled inside a real process instead of ignored. Confusion comes straight from how you present, and a muddled presentation will derail a strong case every time. Fix those three and the fee objection mostly disappears, because the patient who trusts you and understands their problem stops shopping on price. Work the list in that order.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
