What actually builds trust and credibility before a patient ever calls?
Trust is built in two places, and you control both. There is the trust created out in the world before they reach you, and the trust created inside your office once they arrive. Out in the world it is your website, your Google and Yelp presence, the proof that other people chose you and were glad they did. Inside the office it is how you look, how your staff carries themselves, how the practice feels, and whether the right people are in the room when you present the case. None of this is luck. It is the result of paying deliberate attention to the impression you make at every touchpoint. Patients cannot grade your dentistry, so they grade these signals instead. Decide what you want a stranger to conclude about you, then build every signal to say exactly that.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
