Why do so many dentists fail to grow their practice despite all the training?
It is almost never about technique. I have watched plenty of doctors take in every system and tool you could hand them and still walk out without getting what they wanted. The common thread is that they will not own their results. They believe, deep down, that something outside them is responsible for where they are, the market, the staff, the patients, the economy. As long as that belief sits there, no amount of training sticks, because they have already handed away control. The doctors who change are the ones who accept that they are both the problem and the solution. That is the fork in the road. One path keeps the excuses and stays stuck. The other gives up the excuses and starts moving. If your growth has stalled, look there first, before you buy another course or another piece of equipment.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
