What does it mean to take complete ownership of my dental practice results?
It means you accept two sentences with no ifs, ands, or buts: I am the problem. I am the solution. Unless you are physically or mentally disabled, those are both true, and I mean that. Every doctor who walks out of my orbit without getting what they wanted in their practice failed on exactly this point. They did not fundamentally believe those two sentences. The excuses, the it is the economy, the patients in my town will not pay, the I cannot do this, all of it traces back to refusing to own the result. Ownership is uncomfortable because it removes the escape hatch. But the escape hatch was never helping you. Write those two sentences down, post them, and live up to them. The moment you stop assigning your outcome to forces outside yourself is the moment you can actually change it.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
