What is the best way to actually keep a gratitude list and use it?

Make it physical and put it where you cannot miss it. A gratitude list that lives in an app you never open does nothing. Write down the things you are genuinely grateful for, the ones that make you say that is why I do these things, then post it somewhere you pass constantly. I have mine attached to the monthly calendar beside my desk, next to my schedule, so I see it three or four times a week without trying. That placement is the whole trick. You are not waiting for inspiration to feel grateful, you are engineering a reminder into your daily line of sight. Do this with your team and family too, and have everyone write their own. The act of writing and posting it keeps you focused on where you are headed. Simple, visible, and repeated beats elaborate and forgotten every time.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
