Why shouldn’t I give dental implant fees over the phone?

Don’t do it. Ever. The second you put a number out there, you’ve handed that caller the only thing they need to judge you, and it’s the worst possible measuring stick. A price with no context, no diagnosis, no relationship behind it. You’ve also promised something you may not be able to deliver, because you never saw the patient. I had a man call asking what a denture costs. If I’d quoted him, I’d have been blind. When he came in, his vertical dimension was off by 71 millimeters. I describe it as having a grapefruit for teeth. No phone number could have fit that. So when someone demands a ballpark, give them a reason you can’t, then offer the consultation. That’s where pricing actually belongs.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
