Should I include pricing and fee ranges in my information packet?
It depends entirely on your situation, and the honest answer is sometimes yes and sometimes no. Putting fees, ranges, and treatment timelines in the packet is automated qualifying. It turns away patients before they ever meet you. If you have a huge, impressive packet and little local competition, go ahead and qualify hard, you can afford to thin the herd. But if your packet is thin or your market is fierce with competitors doing some of this better than you, leave the pricing out. Why? Because a big part of selling is simply getting the person into your environment, in front of you and your team, where your chairside conversation and your system can actually work. Don’t slam the door with a number before they’ve met you. Reserve the price for the room, not the mailbox.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
