What is the realistic annual big-case conversion percent among qualified inquiries who contact the office?

Roughly three to seven percent of qualified prospects who reach out actually proceed with treatment in a given year. After self-screening filters out the unqualified majority, the remaining ten percent of original respondents who actually call are the genuinely interested pool. Of that pool, the conversion to treatment runs three to seven percent in any twelve-month window. The remainder either defer treatment, choose competing practices, never reach the case-presentation visit, or simply lose momentum during the multi-visit process. The numbers sound low until they get multiplied by the typical case size. Three to seven cases per hundred qualified contacts, with each case averaging $30,000, produces $90,000 to $210,000 in gross fees from the cohort. A practice doing two complex cases per month at $30,000 each produces $720,000 annually from just twenty-four patients. The conversion percent is not the meaningful number. The combined math of case size times conversion times marketing efficiency is. Practices that understand the math run their pipelines around the small fraction that will convert without resenting the larger fraction that will not.
