Why should I treat case presentation as a system instead of just talking to patients?

Because winging it is what keeps your results random. A system is a defined set of steps from the moment a patient calls your office to the moment you present the case and move them to treatment. When you run those steps the same way every time, you stop relying on having a good day or being in the right mood. Think of it like a surgical checklist. No serious surgeon improvises the order of a procedure, and you should not improvise how you handle a high-stakes treatment conversation either. Map your steps, put them on a checklist, and run them on every patient. Predictability is the whole point, and it is what separates the practices that thrive from the ones that ride a rollercoaster.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
