Can I delegate building the treatment case report to my staff?
Yes, and you should. This is not doctor work. A marketing assistant, a financial coordinator, a treatment planner, or a clinical assistant can produce the report from the building blocks you already collect, the patient application, the checklist notes on pain and motivators, the interview questions, and your clinical findings from the complete dental physical. Give them example templates to start from and the workload spreads across competent hands instead of landing on you. Here is the bonus. When the report is well built and sitting on the table, almost anyone on your team can present the case, even when your usual financial person is out. The document carries the presentation. So systematize it, hand it off, and stop being the bottleneck on your own cases.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
