What are the biggest risks that stop a dental practice from hitting its goals?
You already know them. I call them the elephants in the room, and every doctor I talk to can name theirs in about ten seconds once they stop pretending the elephants are not there. Some are personal behavior, the habits you keep avoiding. Some are economic, the conditions in your local market. The point is to list them all out and then rank order them from worst to least. Naming a risk is not enough. For each one you have to write the plan that gets rid of it, keeps it away from you, or shrinks it as much as possible. A risk you have not planned for is a risk that decides your year for you. So put the elephants on paper, rank them, and assign each one a defense. Then you are dealing with reality instead of hoping it leaves you alone.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
