How can I reuse the case report during the actual case presentation?
The report is your script and your screen at the same time. Those subjective and objective sections you built are projection-worthy, so I do not rebuild them for the PowerPoint, I capture them. A quick screenshot of the patient’s own words, dropped in as an image, and now you are reading their complaints back to them on the big screen during the presentation. Same with the clinical findings. The takeaway discussion about cost and time is already in the report, so it lives in the presentation too. Building it once and using it in both places is like cooking a double batch and freezing half. You saved nothing by doing the work twice, so do not. Produce the report and the presentation from the same materials, and the report becomes the reference tool that carries the whole conversation.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
