Should I make a patient decide on a large implant case the same day?

No. Forcing a decision that day is the fastest way to manufacture buyer’s remorse, and you don’t want a patient who feels cornered into a fifteen thousand dollar yes. I build in a two week gap on purpose. That decompression time lets someone go home, sit with it, and either commit for real reasons or quietly back out. Either outcome protects you. A patient who talks themselves into treatment under pressure is the same patient who calls in three weeks wanting their money back. Low pressure is not soft. It is how you get a yes that actually holds. So stop treating the close as a single moment. Give the patient room, schedule the next visit, and let the decision settle on its own.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
