What is the point of a two week follow-up visit after a treatment presentation?

Its real job is to give the patient a next step. That sounds small, but as long as there is a next step on the calendar, you are still in the game. The day the patient walks out with nothing scheduled is the day you lose them. I call it the two week Q&A, and it is almost never clinical. It is about working out the financials and coming to terms with the number. You rarely sit there fielding surgical questions. You sit there helping someone figure out how to say yes. Sometimes there are even multiple of these visits, and that is fine. So quit thinking of the presentation as the finish line. Book the follow-up before they leave and keep the momentum alive.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
