Why does my team ignore the new phone systems I bring back from conferences?

They ignore it because they have watched you do this before. You go to a conference, you come back fired up, you announce big changes, and three weeks later it has fallen through the cracks. Your team has seen that movie. So when you walk in with the next shiny object, they nod, they smile, and they check their watch, because they already know you won’t hold the line past the first push-back. The change you want is a culture shift, and a culture shift starts in the doctor’s head, not in a new script binder. If you want them to take phone training seriously, you have to be the one who treats it as permanent, scores it every week, and refuses to let it die. Be boring about it. Boring is what makes it stick.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
