Should I use patient testimonial videos in implant consultations?

Absolutely use them, but match them. A testimonial is a selling tool, even though most people don’t file it under technology. The power is in resemblance. The closer the person on screen is to the patient in front of you, same case type, similar age, same sex, even marital status, the more that patient resonates and believes you have a real solution for them. A sixty-year-old woman considering full-arch implants doesn’t connect with a thirty-year-old man’s single-crown story. So build a library, not one generic clip. Sort your testimonials by persona so you can pull the right one for the right chair. When the patient sees someone like themselves who came out happy, you’ve handed them permission to say yes.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
