How do I know if my marketing is actually working at the dental office?
Stop looking at how many calls you got and start tracking what those calls became. Record every single way a patient can find their way into your practice and tie it back to revenue. Where did they come from? How many called, how many showed up for a consult, how many paid, and how many of those cases actually closed? When you connect the marketing source all the way through to a closed case, you finally see which channels make money and which just make noise. Plenty of dentists keep funding the thing that produces the most calls while the channel quietly producing the most paid treatment goes ignored. That is backwards. Close the loop from the phone to the consultation to the dollar, and let the data decide where your budget goes next month instead of your gut.
If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
