How does the look of my office and team affect case acceptance?

More than you think, because priming sells. Visuals create a stronger response and more decision making, and any stimulus can work on a patient subliminally even when they are not consciously paying attention to it. So do not undervalue the priming of your office, or the appearance of you and your team. It feeds the patient’s automatic deciding before you say a word. I also put the image of the final smile on every single case presentation slide. Whether that registers consciously or not, I want it in front of them the whole way through, a constant visual of how we will help them. Go further if you want, with a video about your patients and practice looping in the waiting area. That primes the whole visit, not just the moment at case presentation. Treat your environment as part of the sale, because it already is one.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
