Why does the case start matter as much as the treatment itself?

Because the patient’s experience is one unbroken chain, and a sloppy start cracks all the trust you just earned. By the time someone says yes to a big case, they have judged you from the first phone call through a professional presentation. The case start is the next link, and it has to feel just as polished as everything before it and everything after, the delivery, the follow through, all of it. If the start feels disorganized, the patient quietly starts wondering whether they made a mistake, and you are right back at remorse risk. Treat the case start like a continuation of selling, not a hand off to chaos. Map out exactly what happens, who does what, and what the patient experiences. The goal is that they never feel a seam in the experience from yes to finish.

If the answers you are finding here resonate with you, my team and I work with a small group of clients each year. The next step is a complimentary Discovery Consultation and Practice Review with Dr. McAnally.
