Dental Practice Advice- DemandForce,Yelp, Google

dental practice advice

Since August of 2010 in my dental practice advice series I’ve been warning about now serious one needs to be taking online patient reviews for one’s dental practice.

Many general practices have been very lazy with this and have outsourced the task to services such as DemandForce.

Google’s revision of its’ rules recently has left those lazy practices “high and dry” without many (or any) reviews following the rule change.  If those same practices had simply systematized how they go about putting/getting their reviews straight from patient to Google, they would be sitting pretty. Here is some free dental practice advice -One rule you can count on is if the rule benefits Google, they’re unlikely to change it!

If there is good news from this, it is basically the slate is now clean again and each practice can start building/rebuilding its’ online reviews. I cannot state how critical it is to get  your patients positive feedback about your practice online via Google and Yelp.

As a side note part of my dental practice advice and strategies for members is to hand them the exact step by steps to make sure their very best testimonials are a permanent fixture on their Google page.

Time to get going on this for those with a few ounces of smarts……If you are not taking this dental practice advice, your practice is suffering and the negative comments out there are hurting your bottom line.
